A letter from Rikidozan to Mr. Matsue Nitta (Mrs. Shinsaku Nitta)
Written in 1955 during his third American (Hawaii) expedition accompanied by Azumafuji. Letter paper from a hotel in Waikiki. The sending address was San Francisco, the next stop, written by Rikidozan, but the postmark showed that he had trained hard with Azumafuji in Honolulu (May 2, 1955), and the day before writing this letter, he told Mrs. Nitta the joy of winning the Hawaii Tag Team Championship with Azumafuji (against Bobby Brands & Lucky Simonovich). He also mentioned his private side, such as booking a foreign hotel to help Azumafuji get used to English, but Azumafuji changed hotels alone because he preferred a Japanese hotel.
