Q What are your shipping methods ?

Shipping method is DHL, but only Mexico will be shipped by EMS. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charge. In addition, the customer is also responsible for paying sales tax, VAT, customs duty, and customs charges.
Q What payment methods are available?

We accept credit cards(only cards with 3D Secure* authorization), PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Q Can I pick up my order at the store?
A
You can choose pickup at store when ordering. Please let us know when you will be in the store. We can put your order on hold for up to one month.
Q How much is shipping?
A
The shipping charges vary depending on various aspects, such as the country items are delivered to, the size of the boxes, and the total weight of the boxes. Please refer to the guidance page for approximate shipping costs. We charge a minimum amount for shipping at checkout on orders to ensure smooth and fast shipping. If shipping charges are higher than that, the invoice for it will be sent to you within one day of the order.
Q I placed an order but haven't received any email notification

When an order is placed an order automatic reply is sent to you. If your order has additional shipping charges or an item out of stock a notification will be sent to you within one day. If you do not have them, you will also receive an email notification of shipment within a day of placing your order. Some email providers have strong anti-spam measures, so please also check your junk mail folder in case your notification is in there. If your Toudoukan emails are not in your inbox or spam folder, your email provider may be blocking emails from us. Please contact them for details. If you still have not received your notification, please contact us via the inquiry form with details about your order.
Q Can I add more items to my order? Or can I combine the two orders together?

Unfortunately, due to system limitations, we are unable to accept additional orders or combine orders with other orders.
Q Can I cancel my order?
A
We do not accept any cancellation requests after an order has been placed, for any reason. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance that if you want to cancel your order because of high shipping costs, you will be refunded the amount of your order minus the transfer fee.
Q Can I change my shipping address?

As orders are shipped as soon as the payment is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes to paid orders. Please double-check and verify the shipping address before processing your payment. If your order has already shipped, please contact DHL, as they may be able to redirect your package (though this is not always possible). Customers are responsible for any fees involved with resending orders for any reason. Some email providers have strong anti-spam measures, so please also check your junk mail folder in case your notification is in there. Q How do I know if my order has additional shipping charges?

We charge a minimum amount for shipping at checkout on orders to ensure smooth and fast shipping. After that we collect the items and calculate the shipping costs. If your shipping charges are higher than that, the invoice for it will be sent to you within one day after you place your order. If you do not have additional shipping charges, you will receive an email notification of shipment within a day after you place your order.
Q Are all items on the website available?

Items available online are also available in physical stores. Our staff have to manually confirm that items are still available. If an item is sold out, you will be notified within one day. If part of your order is sold out, a notification will be sent to you within one day. please reply whether you want it shipped or cancelled. If no reply is received within 72 hours, your order including other items will be automatically cancelled. If all items are sold out the order will be canceled.
Q The item I want is sold out, when will it be back in stock again?
A
We buy most of our products from the customers, so unfortunately we can not say when it will be back in stock. We do have an Request system that may be useful.
