Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are not included in the product prices.
A minimum shipping charge is collected at checkout.
If the actual shipping cost (determined by box size, weight, and distance via DHL) exceeds this amount, an invoice for the additional shipping fee will be sent to you within 1 day.

Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or local fees determined by the destination country's customs office.
※For US Customers: Orders are processed via DDP.
Local duties/taxes are covered, and a customs clearance fee of 3,300 JPY is included in the total shipping cost.

In the event of a refund due to cancellation, any applicable transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items available online are also sold in our physical store. Staff will manually confirm availability.
If an item is sold out, you will be notified within 1 day.

If part of your order is sold out, please reply within 72 hours whether you want the remaining items shipped or cancelled.
If no reply is received within 72 hours, the entire order will be automatically cancelled.
If all items are sold out, the order will be cancelled.

Additional Shipping Charges:
Must be paid within 48 hours of the invoice notification.
Unpaid orders after 48 hours will be automatically cancelled, and a refund will be issued minus the transfer fee.

Purchased items can be held for up to 1 month.
Please notify us of your visit date. After 1 month, the order will be automatically cancelled.

If there are no additional shipping charges or stock issues, a shipment notification will be sent within 1 day of placing your order.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment and stock confirmation.

Shipment may be delayed if DHL is non-operational, including on Japanese Sundays, National Holidays, Summer Holidays, and New Year's Holidays.
