[How to register as a member]

(1) Click "Account" at the top of the top page.
↓
(2) Click "Create an account"
↓
(3) Please enter your name and address in the frame. If the registration information is correct, click "Register as a member"
↓
(4) An email saying "Toudoukan " about the membership registration procedure will be sent, so click "Activate account" in the email (two-step verification)
↓
(5) [Toudoukan ] Membership registration has been completed. When you receive the email, your membership registration will be completed.
* Even if you do not register as a member, you can purchase products. The advantages of membership registration are (1) coupons are issued according to the amount. In addition, you will receive a coupon worth 300 yen when you register for the first time, (2) If you order from the next time onwards, you will not need to enter the delivery address and you can easily order (3) You can check your favorite products and register requests. Registration is free and easy, so please feel free to use it.

[How to search for products]

(1) Select the box labeled "Enter keyword" at the top of the page, enter the name of the product or work you want to find, and click the magnifying glass icon on the right side of the box. You'll see products that match your keywords.
You can select a category from the menu on the left side of the box to search and narrow your search results by that category.
(2) You can further narrow down your search by checking the checkboxes such as "Product", "Category", "Fighters , Promotion , Genre", etc.

[About the condition of the product]

・ The products listed are used products, except for some products. When ordering, please be aware that it is a used product before purchasing.
"new and unopened " → A brand new product that has never been opened since purchase
"Good"→ A product that is as good as new or in good condition with almost no noticeable damage. In the case of vintage products, products that maintain a state that does not show age even if time has passed.
"Average" → A product in good condition with no problems with the overall impression of the product, although there may be some damage.
"Average" → A product that has damage or scratches all over the product, and has a problem with the overall impression of the product.
"Average" → A product that has significant stains or damage (tearing or significant deterioration due to aging) throughout the product, causing major problems with the overall impression of the product.

[How to order]

(1) Select the product you want and click "Add to cart" or "One-click purchase"
↓
(2) Check that there are no mistakes in the contents of the cart and click "Go to purchase procedure".
* If you have a delivery date specification, please select it on this screen. If you have any special requests regarding delivery, please write them in the "Special Instructions and Remarks for Orders" column.

・If you are a member→ Please click Login. Members can enter their e-mail address and password to reflect their registration in their order.
・If you are not a member → Please enter your email address

(4) Delivery address
・ If you use mail order, please select "Shipping", and if you want to pay at the store, please select "In-store pickup".

・Please enter your information and select a payment method.
Credit Card → Please enter your credit card number. We will ship the product as soon as it is secured.
Cash on delivery → We will ship the product as soon as it is secured. (A settlement fee will be charged for each purchase amount.)
* 30,000 yen or less 330 yen / 50,000 yen or less 550 yen / 100,000 yen or less 750 yen / 300,000 yen or less 1,200 yen
Bank transfer (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation or Japan Post Bank) → As soon as the transfer is confirmed, we will ship it (the transfer fee will be borne by the customer)
* If the billing address is different from the registered address, please select "Use a different billing address" and enter the desired billing address.
(5) "In-store pick-up" * In the case of in-store payment

(6) If there is no mistake in the information you entered, please click "Order Completed" or "Pay Now * In the case of credit card payment" at the bottom. You will receive an email confirming your order.

[About payment]

・ The payment due date is within 4 days from the time of order (within 5 days including the day). If the due date has passed, it will be automatically canceled, so please be sure to pay within the due date.
・ If you wish to reserve more than one week due to unavoidable circumstances, please let the staff know in advance. We will extend it for up to one month and set it aside.
・ Please note that if the cancellation continues, you may be asked to refrain from using it in the future.

[About shipping products]

・ In the case of cash on delivery or credit card, it will be shipped on the same day (within 24 hours), and in the case of transfer, it will be shipped on the day the transfer is confirmed. The timing of shipping will be an order by 15 o'clock at the time of pickup, and if it is after 15 o'clock, it will be shipped the next day. Please consider that you will receive it in 1~3 days.
・ Since it will be delivered by Yu-pack, you can specify the time zone and date and time. You can choose to specify the delivery date and time when you place your order. You can choose to specify the delivery date from 3 days to 10 days after the order date. If you do not specify the delivery date, it will be shipped in the shortest possible time. Even if you select a specified date, we may not be able to meet your request depending on the situation. In that case, it will be shipped in the shortest possible time.

[About in-store pickup]

・ You can receive the products you ordered by mail order at the store where you ordered. As soon as the ordered product is in stock, we will send you an order confirmation email. Please come to the museum within one week of securing the product's inventory.
We will verify your name to confirm your order. Please pay at the store and hand over the product. If you wish to receive it on your behalf, please contact the hotel in advance.

[About additional orders]

・ With the new system, it is not possible to place additional orders due to the system. If you have a new product you want, please place an order as a new order.
・Please note that it is not possible to bundle or combine multiple orders on the system.

[Cancellation]

・ We cannot accept cancellations due to customer's convenience after confirming the order once it is confirmed, so please check carefully before ordering.
・We do not accept orders in the form of tentative reservations.

[About sending and receiving e-mails]

・ We automatically send an email when ordering and shipping. If you do not receive the email, please check your reception settings. If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact us.

[How to use the coupon]

Once the coupon is issued, you will receive an email with the coupon code.
Please enter the coupon code when ordering.
