The First International Tournament Hosted by the Japan Slazian Jiu-Jitsu Federation The first international tournament organized by the Japan Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation was held at Tokyo Budokan from November 28~29, 2009. Named the Tokyo International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Open Tournament, this tournament attracted many fighters not only from Japan but also from overseas, making it a highly international event worthy of its international name.
