First reveal of the direct traditional style of the Okinawa Kamiji-ryu main line: Uechi-ryu KARATE, known for its unique attacks and rigorous training Dao. By training the body to the extreme, the uke's weak points (vital points) are reduced, and the uke, using his strong body, directly attacks the opponent. Additionally, his strikes target the opponent's vital points with precision. Hirotomi Aragaki, director of Tokyo Shubukan, who learned from the main family of the Kamichi-ryu in Okinawa and inherited their original kata and techniques, introduces all aspects of the Kamichi-ryu throughout three DVD volumes. In this second installment, the three kata—Kankowa, Kanshu, and Jusen—will be carefully demonstrated and explained, along with intermediate auxiliary movements and the method of kote training, which can be called the spirit of the Uechi style. Additionally, as a video bonus, the kata performance of the second head family of Kanei Kamiji was unearthed from old film. This is a rare video shot by Hirotomi Aragaki in his youth.
