About event ticket purchase

Advance tickets (credit card payment only)

01. Add your ticket to your cart on the ticket purchase page.

02. Change the number of tickets in the cart as needed. If you have special circumstances such as a wheelchair, please mention it in the remarks. (The price excluding tax is displayed in the cart)

03. Enter the information for the number of tickets you want to purchase and click "Checkout". (A ticket will be sent to the email address you entered here.)

04. If you are not logged in, please log in here. If you are not a member of the Toudoukan site, you will need to enter your information. Enter your credit card number. (If you are already logged in, your credit card number may have been entered.)

05. Please check the amount and number of tickets and make the payment by "Pay Now". (You can also use coupons and gift cards that have been distributed.)

07. If the payment is completed, a confirmation screen will be displayed.

07. You will receive an email from "way@toudoukan.com" with ticket information. Please check the reference number in "View tickets".

Same-day ticket

・Please come to the museum on the day of the event.
・Please apply for and pay for a same-day ticket at the cash register. (Cash only)
・ When the opening time comes, you will be asked to enter in the order of payment following the advance ticket.
