It is based on the one and two ways of traditional Chen-style Tai Chi, and has the characteristics of continuous soft movements, but intense inside, many vigorous movements, and quick instantaneous movements.

Guidance and supervision ◎ Teacher Ding Jie
Born in 1963 in Henan Province, China. In 1979, he was elected to the Martial Arts Corps of the Henan Provincial Sports Work Battalion, and since then, he has been a member of the Chinese Wushu Corps fighters until 1990. In particular, for nine years from 1981 to 1990, he was the champion of all China Chen style Tai Chi, during which he participated in Chinese martial arts competitions in China and other countries, winning a total of 22 championships, and earned the honorific title of "Prince of Tai Chi" in China. He also won the highest special level of Chinese martial arts, the "Wuying class", and left his name in the history of Chinese martial arts at a young age. Ding Jie was the first model of this prescriptive routine created in China in 1988.
